Personal Data Application
GENERAL INFORMATION
Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVK Law”), individuals whose personal data is processed (“hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”) are granted the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the KVK Law regarding the processing of their personal data:
To learn whether personal data is being processed,
To request information if personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
To request deletion or destruction of personal data,
If correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data has been requested, to request notification of the actions taken to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
You may submit your applications regarding these rights by following the explanations below.
According to the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller published by the Personal Data Protection Authority, the following information must be included in your applications:
Name, surname, and signature if the application is submitted in writing,
Turkish Republic ID number for Turkish citizens; nationality, passport number, or identity number if any for foreigners,
Residential or workplace address for notification,
If available, e-mail address, telephone number, and fax number for notification,
Subject of the request.
You may submit your applications to us by filling out the Personal Data Application Form and using one of the methods listed in the table below. If the required information is missing from the Personal Data Application Form, your application will be deemed invalid. If available, you may also attach information and documents related to the matter to your application.

Pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 13 of the KVK Law, your applications submitted to us will be responded to as soon as possible and no later than thirty days from the date your request reaches us, depending on the nature of the request. For written applications, the application date will be the date the document is served to us. For applications made through other methods, the date your application reaches us will be accepted as the application date.
In accordance with Article 13 of the KVK Law, our response to your application will be delivered to you in written or electronic form. While filling out the Personal Data Application Form, you may indicate the channel through which you prefer to receive our response. If you do not specify your preferred response delivery method, the response to your application will be sent as follows:
Electronically to your KEP address, if you have a KEP address,
Electronically to your e-mail address, if you have previously notified your e-mail address to our Company and it is registered in our systems,
Otherwise, in written form to your notification address.
Our Company does not charge any fee for personal data applications.
